Payment Options
Payment can only be accepted online by credit card.
Payment may also be made by post with a pounds Sterling cheque made payable
to to Virility Health Ltd. If paying by cheque, please make sure shipping &
carriage charges are included.
Returns Policy (summary)
If you are unhappy with any product you have ordered, simply return
it to us unopened within 14 working days and we'll give you a full refund or
replace the item. This does not effect your statutory rights. Please click on the "Shipping & Returns" link below left for more details
Should any product prove to be faulty, it will be replaced with another of the
same product upon immediate return to Virility Health Ltd - please see address
below.
Delivery Times
Orders will normally be despatched within 3 working days of receipt of order. Delivery
times can vary due to local post office services. Orders to countries outside the European Union are sent by airmail. Typically, airmail deliveries can take up to 14 days to arrive from date of sending if to the USA/Canada and up to 21 days to the rest of the world.
Orders up to 2Kg in weight will be sent by First Class post in the UK. Overseas
orders, or above 2Kg in weight will be sent by ParcelForce. Please see the "Shipping & Returns" link (below left) for more information about shipping charges.
Value Added Tax
Please Note: VAT (Value Added Tax) at 17.5% is payable on most products by all
residents of the UK and European Community (EU) – except on certain food
goods such as our Honey Aroma product. Residents of the USA & other countries
outside the EU & UK do not have to pay this tax. Because of this, prices
are shown in the store without VAT.
The shopping basket system of the Virility Health site will calculate the correct
VAT charge based on the country of residence and delivery. Customers resident
and having products delivered outside the UK & EU can buy our products free
of VAT. Our VAT number is: GB 745 0607 42
Payment of any other local tax & duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Security of Credit Card Payment Options
When you pay be credit card, you will be transferred to Worldpay, our online
credit card transaction provider via a fully secure connection to their secure
server, the amount of your order will then be charged – you can choose
to pay in Dollars, UK Pounds or Euros.
Worldpay use the same level of security and encryption as all the UK High Street
Banks. For your additional security and peace of mind, we at Virility Health
will never see or store your credit card details.
Retention of Title
The title of all goods will remain that of Virility Health Ltd until payment
is received in full and all funds are cleared.
